At Wax Your Wick Candles, we take pride in crafting high-quality candles and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.
1. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your candle arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us at waxyourwickcandle@gmail.com
- To help us process your claim quickly, please include:Your order number.A clear description of the damage or defect.Photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.
- Once we confirm the damage or defect, we will gladly offer you a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. We will not require you to return the damaged item.
2. Non-Damaged Returns (Change of Mind):
- If you've simply changed your mind about your purchase, we accept returns of unused and unlit candles in their original, resellable condition and packaging.
- Please contact us at waxyourwickcandle@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipment.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our conditions, we will issue a refund for the product's purchase price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Refunds Processing:
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we approve your damaged item claim or receive and inspect your returned item.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Used or lit candles.
- Items not in their original condition or packaging.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery (for change of mind).
